Have been seeing Stef for a little while now and loving our sessions but on Saturday I was a bundle of anxiety about an upcoming overseas trip with 2 toddlers I needed to pack for. I asked Stef if we could work on resetting me a little so I could keep the urgency but remove the ARRGGHHH. Normally I’m a complete stress head and can’t focus on anything else for those few days before hand. Tomorrow we leave. I am an oasis of calm.
