My name is Stef and I live in Geelong, Victoria.

The start of my self-discovery journey began in my mid 20’s. At this point in my life I was overwhelmed, having panic attacks, and frequently experiencing insomnia whilst studying. I started seeking support and reached out for guidance from experts in psychology, Chinese medicine, naturopathy, kinesiology and reiki. This began a curiosity into the ‘why’ and a love of learning.

I received weekly healing sessions during my Kinesiology studies that allowed me to deep dive into the root causes of my own issues, which revealed limiting beliefs, trauma, blockages, and stresses hidden in my body.

More recently, during my fertility journey, pregnancy and postpartum, I leaned on these experts once again, as well as my own tools and wisdom. Becoming a mama to my little boy made my interest in treating mind, body, and spirit, and getting to the heart of the issue even stronger.

I continue to work on, and invest in myself. I know how important it is to embody what I teach. As a practitioner & coach, I’m passionate about working with women and children, whilst sharing my knowledge. I’m guiding my clients in connecting and coming back to themselves.
